What do I need to join the classes?+
You need a laptop or a PC, data, your registration fee and your willingness to commit to learning.
Do I need prior experience?+
Our skills trainings are beginner-friendly, hands-on and practical. You do not need any prior experience.
Are classes live?+
SaaS Customer Support & Operations includes live instructor-led classes. The delivery schedule for Business Operations & Automation will be confirmed with the training dates.
What is the course fee?+
SaaS Customer Support & Operations and Business Operations & Automation each cost ₦32,250, including VAT. Pricing for Agentic AI & AI Team Building has not been announced.
Will I receive a certificate?+
For the two open training programmes, an academy certificate is issued after assignment verification. This is an academy certificate; no third-party certification is claimed.
How long can I access the materials?+
The SaaS and Business Operations programmes include 12 months of course-material access and lifetime community access.
When does training begin?+
SaaS Customer Support & Operations starts January 9, 2027. Business Operations & Automation dates will be announced in January 2027. Agentic AI & AI Team Building is coming soon.
